We've designed The Jam to reflect that change and support new artists in a safe space where they get to reach new people in person and online.
The Jam's creator Nate James has made the music industry his career for nearly 20 years.
With award winning albums and number one singles to his name he's toured the world and worked with the best from Beverley Knight to Chaka Khan.
Nate's put together a team of professional musicians, video producers and sound technicians to bring a first class experience to the best new talent.
